It’s my great pleasure and privilege to welcome you all to Mumbai, a beach city and commercial capital of India. With continuous and tireless efforts by the society of minimally invasive cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons of India, our previous annual meetings were a great success. To take forward the legacy of continued learning of minimally invasive techniques we have organized the 4th meeting on September 13-15 at The Taj Santacruz Hotel, Mumbai.
The increasing interest in minimally invasive cardiac and thoracic surgery amongst Indian surgeons is a great stimulus for us to organize a technically sound and advanced workshop. This workshop will provide you an impressive collection of scientific presentations, video presentations of surgical techniques and live cases from some of the best surgeons in the field. We have also included the recent developments in robotic cardiac surgery and a special emphasis has been given on the trans catheter aortic valve implantation by surgeons so that a successful TAVR program can be established.
A hands-on workshop will be a special attraction to the young hands in minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery which will also include an interactive session with experts in the field.
With the best hands and minds around our team promises you with one of the most exciting moments of learning, interacting and sharing of knowledge in the field of minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery.
I extend my heartily congratulations and best wishes to the Organizing Secretary, Dr. Anvay Mulay and his team.
I once again welcome you all to this beautiful beach city of Mumbai and wish you the cozy stay and enriched learning experience.
